About Kelly
Kelly Ragen, JD, MSW is first and foremost a parent. In addition to parenting her young daughter, she is also a mediator, coach and author.
She is passionate about providing your family with a space that allows for autonomy, choice, and creative options that often don’t exist when solely relying on litigation.
Kelly has extensive experience in family-focused mediation. She was an Illinois family law attorney in central Illinois for several years, and has litigated and represented parties in divorce, parenting time, and modification of parenting time disputes. She completed her basic mediation training through the Illinois State Bar Association and also has advanced training in family mediations through Dispute Resolution Institute, Inc. Kelly also completed training in Collaborative Divorce through Collaborative Divorce Illinois in 2019.
Kelly graduated from Aurora University in 2023 with her Master of Social Work (MSW).
She is committed to creating trauma-informed, holistic and affirming mediation spaces.
